In March 2013, I decided to take some time off from advertising. And, like everyone who binge watches Deadliest Catch on Sunday afternoons, I figured I could handle the open ocean. So I googled "looking for a crew" and found a guy who was sailing from Cape Town to Barbados.
My first time sailing was the start of our 41 day trip. It was pretty miserable, but I got some good pictures.
